Lee is a working-class writer/director. His work has won multiple national awards including the BAFTA Rocliffe Award and the KODAK First Flights Award. He likes to make films that aim to reach a popular audience.
His films have been shown internationally at numerous BAFTA and OSCAR qualifying short films festivals, including Foyle, Norwich, Rhode Island, Leeds International and Lift Off film festivals, and on BBC iPlayer.
